Conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA)
KMAT is the state-level management entrance test conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association for admission to MBA, PGDM and MCA programmes at more than 169 AICTE-approved B-schools across Karnataka. The paper carries 120 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 120 minutes, split evenly at 40 questions each across Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability and Logical Reasoning. There is no negative marking and no sectional timing, so the test rewards coverage over caution.

Crackto offers 16 mock tests for KMAT, of which 16 are free to attempt.
These span full-length mocks, sectional tests and previous-year papers, so you can drill a single weak section or rehearse the whole paper under time pressure.
Yes! Crackto offers both free and premium mock tests for KMAT, with 16 free papers available right now.
Free tests are not a stripped-down preview — they carry the same instant results, detailed solutions, analytics and peer comparison as premium papers. Premium adds volume and exclusive series.
KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test) follows this pattern:
- Questions: 120
- Total marks: 120
- Duration: 2 hours
- Difficulty: Medium
Crackto mock tests mirror this exactly, so your practice reflects real timing pressure rather than an approximation.
Crackto provides comprehensive analytics for every KMAT attempt:
- Score trend across attempts, so improvement is visible rather than assumed
- Section-wise breakdown pinpointing which areas cost you marks
- Accuracy versus speed, separating knowledge gaps from time-management gaps
- Percentile and rank against every other KMAT aspirant on the same paper
- Question-level time tracking to expose the questions that quietly drain your clock
Yes, absolutely. Retake any KMAT mock test as often as you like — retakes are not limited or charged separately.
Each attempt is stored on its own, so your analytics show the trend across attempts instead of overwriting your earlier score. Retaking a paper after reviewing its solutions is one of the most reliable ways to convert a weak section into a strong one.
KMAT, formally Karnataka Management Aptitude Test, is conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA).
Official notifications, application dates and results are published on the conducting body's own website: https://www.kmatindia.com. Always confirm dates and eligibility there — Crackto is a preparation platform, not the conducting authority.
The eligibility requirements recorded for KMAT are:
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree of minimum three years' duration from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC, ST and Category-I candidates of Karnataka). Final-year students may apply provisionally. There is no upper age limit.
Age relaxations commonly apply to reserved categories. Check the official notification for the exact relaxation that applies to you before applying.
KMAT is available in English.
Where a Crackto mock test is offered in more than one language, you can pick your language before starting the paper — practising in the language you will actually sit the exam in matters more than most candidates expect.
Crackto mirrors the official marking scheme of KMAT rather than applying a single blanket rule, so if the real paper penalises wrong answers, the mock does too.
The exact scheme for any given paper — marks per correct answer and the penalty for a wrong one — is displayed on that test's page before you begin, and again in your results breakdown afterwards.
The KMAT syllabus is defined by the conducting body and published with each notification.
Crackto mock tests are mapped to it section by section, so after a few attempts your analytics show which areas you have genuinely covered and which need work.
